The Dedicated Team approach is usually used for long-term projects. For example, this approach is at work when a customer’s existing development team does not show skills or expertise in some areas or the cost of onboarding new members in a team is too high and unreasonable.
A dedicated team can be merged into a client’s team to speed up the development process and compensate for the lack of resources, knowledge, or experience.
A dedicated team is also a smart way to develop a product from scratch if you do not have any team at all. In this case, you focus on business while the management of a dedicated team is being transferred to your company. We agree on salary per developer and we take care of employing, replacing, and managing developers for the project.

This approach presupposes billing clients for actual work based on a developer’s hourly rates. Customers pay for hours spent on a specific project, plus costs of materials.
The main advantage of T&M model is flexibility and an opportunity to adjust requirements, easily change priorities, add features, rebuild a team or even switch to a new project with existing and well-known developers.
To start with the Time and Material approach, we agree on a comparatively small part of the project, not the full project. This makes us more flexible in time management and planning.

The fixed-price agreement is a single-sum contract where we are accountable for completing the project within the agreed sum set out in the beginning.
It can be an effective choice in those cases when requirements, specifications, and rates are highly predictable, elsewise the cost will be anything but constant.
A client should be able to share his clear vision of the product with developers to ensure appropriate final results. The price is usually based on a specified amount of work and cannot be changed once the contract is signed.
